Terms of Service

Haul is a software tool that helps organisations estimate and document grant budgets for European youth mobility programmes (Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Mobility of Youth Workers, and European Solidarity Corps volunteering). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Haul is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the European Commission or any National Agency. Calculations are estimates based on the published Programme Guide and unit-cost tables. They do not constitute financial or legal advice, and do not guarantee that a project will be approved, or that any amount will be awarded or accepted at reporting. You remain responsible for verifying every figure with your National Agency and your own accounting before you rely on it.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login secure.
• You will only upload data you are entitled to process, with the necessary consent (see the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement).
• You will not attempt to access other organisations' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Paid plans are invoiced. Prices, scope and payment terms are agreed in writing before billing. Invoices are issued by the operator of Haul (a French micro-entreprise) and are due on the terms stated on each invoice. Applicable VAT rules are shown on the invoice.

Your data remains yours. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, and, for paid organisations, in the Data Processing Agreement. You can export or request deletion of your organisation's data at any time.

Haul is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, Haul's liability for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it over the twelve months preceding the claim. Haul is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including grant amounts not awarded, reduced, or recovered by a National Agency.

You may stop using Haul at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend access for non-payment or breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection provisions that apply to you.
